  • You already have a first successful experience in sales, ideally in complex B2B sales.
  • You are curious about new technologies and Customer Relationship Management.
  • You have excellent listening and communication skills and the ability to adapt to your audience in English and either Dutch or French.
  • You are born entrepreneur and not afraid to fail in order to rise higher.
  • You are persevering and don’t let go an opportunity until it is closed.
  • You are willing to take responsibility and accountability that comes with the autonomy you’ll get.
  • You work in a structured way and are able to follow multiple assignments in parallel.

As a Business Developer, you are the first contact of the client with Ink Consulting. We are looking for someone who is able to chase new leads in order to grow our client portfolio but also develop sustainable relationships with them. You work in autonomy on your own leads portfolio but benefit from a close support from the Business Development Manager.

Typical activities include:
  • Scope lists of relevant targets.
  • Initiate a first contact with prospects over the phone, during networking events or through any other channel.
  • Lead discovery meetings with the client in order to define project needs.
  • Build close relationships and work together with partner companies in order to maximize sales impact.
  • Perform product demonstrations for the client.
  • Write offers and negotiate terms with the client.
  • Follow-up on relationship in order to build long term value.
  • Take the lead over any other task that you feel will help Ink Consulting to be positioned as a leader on the CRM implementation market.
