Salesforce Implementation

We help clients to implement Salesforce and make sure of its alignment with the existing vision, tools and processes.

You've made the choice to go for Salesforce, weighted the pros and cons and decided to take the jump into the future of the fourth industrial revolution. However, before you can fully take that jump one last question needs to be answered: who will help you make it? The answer to this question is important as the risk of failure is high and the costs of implementation even higher.

Let's address these issues together:

Is my organisation ready for Salesforce? How does it integrate with my vision?
What problems does the implementation tackle and how can the implementation be a success?
What resources/profiles are needed, should they come internally?
I have my roadmap and budget, but will it be sufficient to support the project?
How to be best tackle Go-Live and ensure user-adoption?
What happens after the implementation? Who can I count on?

If you need guidance with these questions, we can help you!

One organisation, several users

At Ink, we believe that what makes the success of an implementation is involving all business users from day one.

We have built expertise throughout full life-cycle implementations and have learned that there are several keys to its success and it all comes down to people:

  • Having an active sponsor that knows your company and the objectives of the implementation is critical to keeping it on track and maintaining the contact with the management.

  • Keeping the end-user in mind when designing the solution and involving them regularly brings a higher quality to the implementation and a better user-adoption

  • Scheduling enough time for the training and on-boarding period is crucial for a smooth post-go-live. This investment - often underestimated - helps reduce the amount of bugs and enables enhancements to ensure the solution is tailored to your needs.

  • Taking some time after the go-live to prepare the next phase based on the lessons-learned and the vision of the company is important. The reflex might be to jump from phases to phases but the danger would then be to lose track of why Salesforce was implemented in the first place.

We use the Agile approach with a pinch of waterfall depending on the context of your own organisation. This ensures flexibility but also guarantees consistency.
